Hestia started our journey for community management with the release of HOA Toolkit mobile application. Our most popular capability on HOA Toolkit has been the Offline Compliance module, which allows easier update of violations in the field, but we also offer a Resident Information module. Resident Info allows application users to review and edit resident account information straight from their mobile devices.
Some of the highlights of the Resident Information module include:
- searching resident information online or offline from your mobile device
- searching for account information by house number, street, or account number
- editing contact information within app
- sending messages to contact from HOA Toolkit
By default, the Resident Info module is set to read-only mode, but is available in edit mode where users can edit contact information of the account – please contact Hestia support admins to have Resident Info activated.
